How our driveway process works:
- We’ll conduct a free site visit, take measurements and provide design advice on layout, edging, steps and
drainage. - We then undertake groundwork and excavation to the correct depth for the chosen surface.
- A sub-base built with MOT Type 1 is then added, and compacted in layers for strength and stability.
- Where required, a geotextile membrane is used to separate soils and reduce weed ingress.
- To lock the driveway in place, we install concrete-set edge restraints.
- The correct laying course for the driveway system is laid (sharp sand, asphalt, mortar or resin system as
appropriate). - To ensure water run-off, suitable falls are ensured, with drainage channels, soakaways or permeable build-ups as
needed. - All our driveway services benefit from our professional installation, compaction, jointing and finishing.
- Depending on the driveway surface, we offer optional for added protection.
- When we’ve finished ,we fully clean down and remove all waste.
